Why do you use Wix.com for websites?I use Wix and absolutely love it! Since becoming a certified Wix Arena Expert in 2017, I’ve had the opportunity to explore other platforms, but Wix remains my top choice. Its high level of customization allows me to bring my creative vision to life quickly and accurately. Plus, making updates is simple and seamless—another reason I continue to recommend it.
-
Where do I get my domain name from?I use GoDaddy as my domain host. It offers a wide range of domain options, reliable service, and user-friendly management tools. It’s been a solid choice for securing and managing my domains with ease.
-
How long does the web design process take?Once I receive all of your content and images, the design process typically takes 3 to 6 weeks. The timeline can vary depending on the scope of the project and how quickly feedback and decisions are provided. Timely communication helps keep things on track!
-
What’s the difference between hosting and a domain?Think of hosting as the space you rent on the internet where your website lives. The domain is your website’s address—the link you give people so they can find you online. I’ll build your website on a test account using a temporary domain. Once you’re ready to upgrade, Wix will host your site, remove the ads, and allow you to connect your own custom domain.
-
What forms of payment do you accept?I accept payments via Cash App, Google Wallet, Apple Pay, and Zelle for your convenience.
-
Do you offer payment plans?Full Brand Design Projects A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining balance can be split into milestone payments based on key stages of the project (e.g., concept approval, design draft, final delivery). All payments must be completed before final files are released. Web Care Projects For tasks under 2 hours, the rate is $75/hour, paid upfront and in full. For larger projects (2 hours or more), milestone billing or custom payment plans can be arranged depending on the scope of work and timeline.
